A Christmas Story House & Museum in partnership with Destination Cleveland and Fox 8 will be hosting a FREE watch party for the airing of A Christmas Story Live!
A Christmas Story Live! airs on FOX, December 17, 2017 at 7:00 PM Eastern.
The street in front of A Christmas Story House will be closed for a large block party starting at 4:00 PM. At 5:00 PM A Christmas Story, the movie will play on two giant inflatable FunFlicks Outdoor Movie screens. At 7:00 PM the same giant screens will feature A Christmas Story: Live!
Fans are encouraged to dress as their favorite A Christmas Story character!
Stefani Schaefer of Fox 8 will serve as master of ceremonies!
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
1:00 PM – Street Closes for set up
3:30 PM - Trolley service from off site parking begins
4:00 PM – Watch Party Officially Begins
5:00 PM to 6:30 PM – A Christmas Story (the movie) plays on two giant inflatable FunFlicks Outdoor Movie screens.
7:00 PM to 10:00 PM – A Christmas Story Live plays on two giant inflatable FunFlicks Outdoor Movie screens.
10:00 PM to 2:00 AM – Post Party at The Rowley Inn across the street.

Destination Cleveland’s Mobile Tour will also be on-site as part of the watch party festivities. Guests are encouraged to take a picture with the larger-than-life #ThisisCLE letters, and then use the hashtag to share their CLE pride by posting what they love to do in our beloved city on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
CLE ambassadors will also provide Cleveland-themed giveaways and a chance to sign up for Destination Cleveland’s monthly This is CLE e-newsletter that keeps residents in the know about upcoming visitor-worthy events, tourism-related development projects, new restaurants, local lore and more to share with friends and family when they are visiting from out of town. Those who sign up on-site will be entered into a contest to win a CLE prize package, so stopping by is a must!
