Personalized Cocktail Instruction on Cocktail Creation

Here's what's up: We have had an amazing reaction from everyone to our spirits and the signature cocktail program at The Distillery. We now have an amazing line of Handcrafted Organic Spirits and a Full line of premium whiskeys. We know the current COVID - 19 Pandemic is preventing many of you from enjoying those amazing drinks at your favorite local hangouts. This class is designed to help you create amazing cocktails in the security of your own home and leverage fresh ingredients you can easily find at the grocery store.
In this hands-on class, you'll have the freedom to choose your favorite spirit from our selection of Agave, Vodka, Gin, Rum, Bourbon & Rye. We will then prepare 2 separate cocktails in progressive difficulty using locally grown organic ingredients. Once you have selected your spirit there will be a quick trip to our onsite gift shop to purchase the main ingredients. At that point, we will walk you through understanding the art + science of mixology in its most basic form: including taste, exploring flavor pairings, dilution, temperature, mixing, and serving.
Then we will put your newly found skills to work on the creation of three signature cocktails that you will be able to enjoy.
By the end of class, you'll have the liquid confidence to go forth with Julia Child-like conviction to make the first three cocktails in addition to having the foundation to start exploring your own drink creations!
Due to the current COVID - 19 pandemic, we have limited the class size to 12 people. Social distancing measures and the need to wear masks during instruction will be in place.
The $10 per ticket fee only covers the instruction and use of tools for the class. Each participant will need to purchase the spirits and mixers on-site at our gift shop depending on the cocktail they choose to make.
