Event Details
In partnership with Toys for Tots, we will be giving out 3,000 toys to local families in need. We need your help to deliver to their homes!
EVENT DETAILS:
When: Saturday, December 11th
Volunteer Shift: 10:00AM-1:00PM
Location FAIRVIEW PARK - 21220 Lorain Rd, Fairview Park, OH 44126
What to expect as a volunteer:
*Pick up toys: We will load toys right into your car.
*Receive instructions: We will provide you with the routes and family information needed to make the contactless drop. Each route will be different, but all will be within 1-2 hours max.
*Deliver Toys to Homes: This role includes the generous use of your own vehicle. Please clear as much space as possible in order to fit as many toys as you can on your route.
*Dress in Christmas Gear to bring Holiday cheer as we pass out toys to our neighbors
Delivery Requirements:
-Teams: We need 100 drivers in order to deliver all of our toys! If you have a large group and can split up, please do so! Each car must have a driver & a passenger to help navigate and drop gifts off together. When checking out with your ticket, be sure to choose whether you will be the driver or the passenger in your car.
-Room for gifts: Please clear as much space as possible in your car to fit as many toys as you can on your route. We can make any car work, but the bigger the better!
SERVING ATTIRE:
We will be outside for our entire serving time, therefore, please dress accordingly.
