Join Jill Pawloski at The Little Birdie Wine Nest's Morning Owl Coffee Bar for the ultimate healthy bonding experience with your child, followed by hot cocoa + coffee on Saturday, February 24th at 12:00pm!
This special yoga workshop is not just limited to Mom's of course but any adult + child duo over the age of 4! :)
Yoga is a great activity that you can do with your child no matter what age! During this 60 minute class, partner poses will be emphasized, and will be mixed with some group poses and some challenging poses. This class will help the children in building confidence and self esteem - as well as strong and healthy bodies! Self-expression through yoga is encouraged!
This class promsies fun for the whole family!
Please BYOM (bring your own mat), water and a towel to class!
Tickets are $25/per duo and include coffee for the adults afterwards, and hot coccoa for the kids! ♥ We will also have an Easter egg hunt afterwards!
Space is limited so be sure to reserve your mat space right away by visiting www.littlebirdiewinenest.com/shop, calling 216-785-9922 or stopping in to the shop!
P.S. Please BYOM (bring your own mats!) - but message me if you don't have one, we have a few extras! ♥ You'll need two mats for this class, one for you and one for your child!

You can transfer your ticket to a friend, or feel free to post your available ticket for sale on our facebook event forum - however, we do not create a "waiting list" for these classes that we can pull from.
