Get to know Oanest Bakery
Oanest is a social enterprise venture by Chaplais and Fahey. Maurice Chaplais and Logan Fahey originally launched Bloom Bakery in 2014 in collaboration with Towards Employment, a Cleveland based workforce development agency. In 2019, Maurice and Logan acquired Bloom and re-launched the social enterprise under the brand Oanest. Today, Oanest is both a retail bakery/cafe and a national granola brand (Oanest Bar). Like Bloom, Oanest continues.
