Join Alison for Memorial Day Hikyoga at Edgewater Park on Saturday, May 28th from 9am - 10:30am! We will meet in the sunshine by the Cleveland Script Sign at Lower Edgewater Park at 8:45am for check-in.
We will begin our day with a 45-minute yoga flow practice overlooking Lake Erie & views of the city! After our practice, we will continue our day with a 45-minute hike around Edgewater Park, stopping on the beach for a relaxing meditation! It's the perfect way to kick-off your summer in Cleveland! Grab your friends & register today.
What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, water & sunscreen!
